The location was great but its atleast 15min to the train the station. For the return at night we choose the bus that does leave you closer the apartment. The water presser and temperature in the shower were great. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

We loved our stay in Hoboken. Eugene was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern. The neighborhood was quiet but also had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We found parking in the 12th st garage only 2 blocks away. We would definitely return!

Petit appartement très agréable, très propres, très bien équipé, situé dans un endroit sympa et paisible, genre petit ville et quartier familiale qui tranche avec le gigantisme de New York, que l'on rejoint en 25mn par bus. Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à New York, ou pour un déplacement professionnels comme ce fut mon cas. Eugène est de plus très réactif et tout est bien pensé, bien fait et très soigné, de l'équipement à la propreté des lieux !

We loved staying in Hoboken for our visit to New York City! Eugene‘s place was perfect for our needs…walkable to many shops, restaurants, and transit. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth.

The flat is on the second floor and there’s no elevator. Other than that, the place was ideal, easy to get to New York, bus 126 available right outside. Felt safe and good neighbourhood.

Eugene was very quick to respond when we needed a place to stay after a bad experience with another AirBnB. The location was very safe and it was very easy to get to anywhere you needed to go. The house itself was very warm and welcoming and I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in the area!

Eugene’s space was in a great location. It was beautifully updated and was as described. We had some difficulty accessing the keys due to the freezing of the lock box. Eugene was immediately available and walked me through easily obtaining other keys. The stairwell and hallways haven’t been updated but once inside the space we were impressed by how clean and lovely it was. We would happily stay in this spot again when visiting Hoboken and NYC. Thank you!

It’s a great place for people who want to visit New York. The location is very convenient, close to the bus station, takes only about 15 minutes to New York City. The place is clean and have every basic things we need. Also it’s in a quiet neighborhood and there’s a market in 5 minutes walking distance. Eugene replies to message very fast and he is very kind. Overall, It’s a very cozy place to stay.

We wanted to go to NYC but needed space since we have 2 kids. Staying in Hoboken was easy! We walked. To the path station and easily made our way into the city! Logistically way easier than staying in manhattan!

My 3rd trip to NYC, and Hoboken is my favorite place to stay after busy days in NYC. Bus route is right outside from Airbnb. About $45 uber from Newark airport. Delicious reasonable food options within a minute or two walk. (Augustinos, Napoli’s, bagels on Hudson, BWE coffee) Grocery stores nearby too. No need for a car. Rental was spacious, clean, comfortable, and it was good to have two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and a laundry in house for a party of 4. Host was quick to respond on communication! Would stay here again! Note for sightseeing, take ferry to Statue of Liberty from Liberty State Park-NJ side, always tix available, then ferry to NYC, if you want to visit NyC same day. Ferry tix from NYC to Statue sell out fast.
