Its only few blocks to Ferry to NYcity and few min bus ride (under 30 min Walk to PATH train to NY city. Only one stop on Path train from New York City.

Bus 126 stops right in front of the apartment and takes you to midtown NYcity (Bus terminal) in 15min Ferry terminal is under 5 min walk will take you to NYcity under 10 min Under 30 min walk or 10 min bus ride down Washington st to PATH train, its only one stop away from New York City. Transportation Hub with NJ transit trains and buses also under 15 min walk. You can get to any part on New Jersey via public transportation from Hoboken. Light Rail stop is under 10 min walk. Light Rail will take you to any town of Hudson County and most of the towns along the Hudson River on NJ side. Parking - Visitors can park on the left side of the street. Other side of the street is for Residents with Permits (do not leave your car on the Right side of the street/ Green Permit signs will display Resident Permit rules) Find Parking Garage in the area if you can not find street parking
